TERMS, PRIVACY & PAYMENT POLICY

This Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the professional relationship between **G&J WELLNESS MEDICAL RESEARCH LLC** (“G&J Wellness,” “Wellness Medical Research,” or the “Company”) and the client (“Client”) engaging consulting or related professional services.

 

1. SCOPE OF SERVICES

**G&J WELLNESS MEDICAL RESEARCH LLC** provides professional consulting, advisory services, operational support, business integration guidance, continuing education support, strategic planning, administrative assistance, and related consulting services tailored to client-specific needs.

 

The Company may provide educational guidance, operational recommendations, document organization support, business consulting, and administrative assistance depending on the service requested. The Company does **NOT** provide legal advice, legal representation, financial guarantees, medical advice, or government representation unless expressly stated in writing.

 

2. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

 

The Client remains fully responsible for all personal, professional, business, operational, licensing, regulatory, financial, or administrative decisions, including the submission of documents, execution of recommendations, regulatory compliance, and implementation of any consulting guidance discussed during services.

 

The Client represents that all information provided to the Company is accurate, truthful, and complete.

 

3. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

 

The Client understands and agrees that **G&J WELLNESS MEDICAL RESEARCH LLC** does **NOT** guarantee approvals, certifications, licenses, regulatory outcomes, business performance, financial results, employment opportunities, admissions, contracts, or acceptance by any third party, authority, institution, or governing body.

 

All outcomes depend on multiple factors outside the Company’s control.

 

4. PAYMENT POLICY

 

All payments submitted to **G&J WELLNESS MEDICAL RESEARCH LLC** are classified as professional consulting and service fees.

 

**Services begin immediately upon payment, scheduling, consultation, advisory review, strategic planning, administrative preparation, or service initiation.**

 

Due to the nature of consulting and professional services, **all fees are final and non-refundable once services have commenced**, including administrative preparation, consulting review, planning, analysis, operational assessments, strategic recommendations, document preparation support, or related professional services already performed.

 

5. CHARGEBACKS, PAYMENT DISPUTES & FRAUD PROTECTION

 

The Client agrees not to improperly dispute, reverse, or initiate chargebacks for payments associated with services already rendered or initiated.

 

Fraudulent, bad-faith, or improper payment disputes after services have commenced may constitute a breach of this Agreement. The Client may remain responsible for unpaid balances, chargeback fees, administrative recovery costs, collection expenses, legal fees where permitted, and related damages arising from reversed or disputed payments.

 

6. DIGITAL PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

 

Payment submission, digital acknowledgment, electronic signature, checkbox acceptance, Stripe payment completion, or use of any electronic payment platform constitutes acknowledgment, understanding, and acceptance of these Terms, Privacy Policy, and service conditions.

 

7. PRIVACY POLICY

 

**G&J WELLNESS MEDICAL RESEARCH LLC** respects client confidentiality and maintains commercially reasonable safeguards to protect personal information.

 

Personal information submitted through this website or payment platform may be used solely for communication, service delivery, client management, compliance, payment processing, and operational purposes. The Company does **NOT** sell client information to third parties.

 

Payment processing may be securely handled by third-party providers, including Stripe or related payment systems, pursuant to their own privacy and security policies.

 

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

 

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Florida law, **G&J WELLNESS MEDICAL RESEARCH LLC** shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, regulatory, financial, business, licensing, reputational, or special damages arising from consulting services, recommendations, delays, regulatory decisions, third-party determinations, or implementation of professional guidance.

 

9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

 

These Terms constitute the complete understanding between the Client and **G&J WELLNESS MEDICAL RESEARCH LLC** and supersede prior discussions, representations, communications, marketing materials, emails, messages, or verbal statements unless expressly agreed to in writing.

 

10. GOVERNING LAW

 

This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the **State of Florida**, without regard to conflict of law principles.
